yesterday i went to starbucks at the charter center to meet with my spanish group to read through our skit and we ended up helping amanda out with pronunciation of words because she was having trouble with it so we broke it down for her and then we spent a lot of time just talking.

after that i went to melissa's and just as i got there i saw like every car of hers pull out and i was like wtf. right as i was about to call melissa she called me and i guess they were going to the football teams car wash down the street so i hopped in melissa's dad's truck with her and we went. standing next to michelle was dangerous seeing as since her bf is on the team and she's in cheer everyone knew here and therefore targeted her for spraying with water. sandy made them rewash her car because all they did was like spray it down with water. then they did crappy drying off and i felt lukes towel and it was sopping wt so no wonder. his friend like made love to the side of melissa's dad's car when he was drying it and it was hilarious/ uncomfortable to watch.

afterwards we went to starbucks for iced tea and took her brother to game stop. sandy wanted like passion fruit iced tea w/ lemonade sweetened with melon but when we took it to her it apparently wasnt right so she was like if im going to pay that much for something they should get it right im taking it back, which she did like 2 hours later and to a different starbucks. i just get black iced tea unsweetened. easy enough.

we watched mad money at her house. lame movie. it was super boring yet we watched it all. after that i helped melissa make a facebook and add people and apps and we watched mermaids. amy came and picked us up and we went to subway for 5 dollar footlongs and after that went to the park where i ran into my neighbors. we dropped melissa off and amy and i hung for awhile and then lysh joined us

omg though before lysh came over amy my mom and i were watching georgia rule and the step dad in that movie is fucking wesley from princess bride and robin hood from robin hood men in tights WTF HAPPENED TO HIM?!?!?!?!?

i took amy to her car then lysh and i went back to my house and jeff came over. he lost his wallet and we were looking for it this morning. it wasnt in my house or in the gutter/ en route to where his car was parked. sucks cuz he had to pay people today and he had that money in his wallet so no he's screwed. i hope it ends up in his car somewhere.

i spent the night at lysh's last night and i got a bug bite on my arm. for lunch we went to steve's burgers and like after 2 bites i was full yet i ate most of it. since i got home ive just done laundrey and sat around. i took a nap and now i am watching icarly. the brother is the most amusing part of this show. it's so fuckinghot right now and leather couches suck. when i live on my own i will not own leather furniture because of this. ugh gross

i think i need to find a new job because in he summer i wanted to come in 3 days a week but seeing as im not even here for 2 now and im sitting here with nothing to do like a half hour into coming into work i dont think that is going to happen.


and it takes me like 10 minutes to catch up with myspce, facebook, ontd, and my lj friends page so now i am sitting bored updating. time to go on neopets and get better at some of their games i guess because i am out of shit to do right now

anthro was good today. we talked about linguistics still and we talked about how california is the only state where you can tell what part of california someone is from based off slang. ie norcal saying hella (dumbest fucking slang word ever) and socal saying totally or something like that. i dont know we mostly talked anout how only people up north say hella which is true because i have never ever heard someone say hella down here unless they were using it in a mocking way or singing no doubt. if you know me at all you know how must i despise that phrase

my teeth still fucking hurt but thankfully not as bad anymore.

i once again put off studying boring ass personal finance but i NEED to later. this after noon i ended up straightening my hair, finishing watching blades of glory which i started while doing my hair and then doing a salsa cardio workout on demand followed by half of a pilates workout. so i mean yea i didnt study but at least i was doing something productive. but now im tired as fuck (or hella tired as the folks in the bay area would say) watching the oc on soapnetwork.

i cant even explain the discomfort if my teeth right now one of my front teeth like...tickles i guess is the best word to describe it. i dont know but there's this weird feeling that only gets alleviated when i press on my front tooth but after awhile it hurts really bad and in like .5 seconds the weird tickle feeling comes up again. it was worse last night and caused me to take forever to fall asleep. UGH hopefully by he time i wake up tomorrow they will be fine.....hopefully

i went to the ortho today and i got the connected bands all across my top teeth. now i am starting to feel the pain that goes along with them. HOLY FUCK. only a few more months....hopefully 2 considering they weer prjected to be on from a year to a year and a half and june 28 marks the year and a half mark

i came home and "studied" but mostly watched a lot of arrested development, cinderella on abc family and i just got done watching music and lyrics. now onto lost boys on some random hd network. i dont see how they could think a sequel to this movie would be a good idea. most likely it was the same moron who said "hey let's make a sequel to donnie darko" or maybe the people behind the sandlot sequel (or is it sequels? did they make two sequels? i dont remember because i refuse to see them because you dont touch that shit. what's next empire records 2? or like clueless 2?

princess diaries is on tonight and i intend on watching it. i love that movie so much i dont even care it is nothing like the books.

fuck my life i drove all the way to school today and when i got there i realized i left my parking pass at home. i parked looked in my purse to see if maybe it was there. nope. then it took me 20 min on the freeway to get home plus like 10 min street driving so 30 min total and my class starts in like 5 minutes and there's no way i will make it. not even 10 min late which is the latest he lets people come in. fuck my life. we had a test today too

anyways im not an avid american idol watcher and if i wasnt at surf city nights last night i would have watched because i read what people were singing so i thought it'd be interesting to watch so im watching right now videos posted on ontd and OMFG david cook's performance of baba oreilly was amazing

today was kind of a sucky day. i didnt feel good all day. like it wasnt that i felt sick i just didn't feel good. when i got home i relaxed a little before i drove back down to huntington to hang with melissa.

fucking bolsa chica stretch of pch. speed limi is 6omph yet motherfuckers ALWAYS got 45-50. like really why do i get stuck behind these idiots i mean there are signs that clearly say 60 yet they want to go slow and back up traffic. it got me frusterated

i got to melissa's but i didnt see her car out front so i assumed she wasnt home. i called her no answer so i just went to my moms and talked to her,=. turns out melissa didnt drive down from santa barbara so she didnt have her car. i went back over then her, her mom her brother and i went to get amazing carne asada soft tacos. we're on our way and we get there and it's in hawaiian gardens about 15 min from my dads house. town center was on the other side of the freeway. but now i know a good place to go for tacos. yum

back at melissas we hung out some and watched jurassic park on amc or a&e i cant remember which it was. alex called me to tell me that since i liked melee trisha had a connection and i could meet them if i wanted to. sadly this was OMG news to me since i have met them before and alex caled me a fun sucker or something else kind of childish but fitting in the situation since she was all excited about it knowing i loved melee.

rooney may be happening jul 20. i asked melissa if she'd want to go and she said yes so hopefully she will and that way i wont have to worry about buying tickets sicne her dad will just get us in for free. i love how when i said rooney she was like huh. she had heard of them but like couldnt picture them bu figured it out when i said MICHAEL MOSKOVITZ FROM PRINCESS DIARIES BAND and then showed her a picture of robert

today wwas a good day and so was yesterday

after class i went through in & out for my mom and myself. then we went to borders later and i finally got the new sarah dessen novel which i finished this morning and it was so good. i hate that her books only come out every other year because i read through them quickly and then i want more but i have to wait till 2010 for another novel. well atleast i have meg cabot who releases numerous books from numerous series throughout the year. i went seeing if borders had her new book out early and sadly they did not. they re-did the music section and it through me for a loop. there was an attractive dude restocking stuff and these two girls were there and talking really loudly about how every band they mentioned was the greatest band ever and what song of theres was the best ever. it was kind of annoying so i went to look at more books hoping something would pop out at me but nothing really did.

today as i mentioned above i finished my book. i met amy at subway by edison for lunch. val was working so i got to see her too. we mostly just aught up on stuff that had happened since we last saw each other. i couldnt hang out for very long though because i had to go work on a spanish project. but i guess today or like yesterday was the senior announcements assembly and i guess for when it was done they had a blow up jousting thing for them to do in the gym. my year they made us wait inthe hot stuffy gym for an hour until like noon when we were supposed to leave. they wouldnt even let us just chill outside in the small alley like way between the pool and hte gym because we might leave. LAME


for spanish we have to give like an oral presentation and she gave us like scenes to act out and our group picked the dating game one since it's 3 girls and one guy. i'm going to be the shy girl and my lines are mostly "no se" but i do get to talk about having 40 cats that i knit sweaters for. the other 2 personalities we have are a girl who doesn't talk and instead is just there for a puppet to talk through (ala eric cartman on the jennifer lopez episode of south park but instead of a hand the puppet is a brown paper bag like fandango people) and a he/she personality. if it were a video project instead of like an in class one would would have done something like next.

after that i went to see my mom for a bit but she wasnt home but i stayed anyways because i needed to put chlorine in the pool. when i went out to my backyard i heard he familiar yet annoying meow of kona but i couldn't see him. he finally emerged from a chair looking all sleepy and walking towards me. he kept meowing and didnt stop until i assume he got to his food bowl. kea on the other hand was like walking everywhere else but near the door so i finally just picked his ass up and put him inside because he can dilly dally all day. i miss having my kitties around all the time. i should just save up a shitload of money and next time my dad goes out of town buy a cat or a dog. some sort of pet. i could buy a fish but they are boring.

k well im going to go read the other book i bought yesterday, selevision by augusten buroughs

today is payday and for the first time in awhile i wasnt almost broke before payday. thank you tax returns. now i have a lot of money and hopefully by the end of next month i can paint my car like i need to then just save up for everything else i would like to own (macbook, nintendo ds and games, wii, etc). i'll edit this entry later with more crap because i lost track of time and i really need to get ready for school. or i'll just make a whole new entry

4. wednesday is the annual paul frank dodgeball tournament. i'm going but i dont think i'll stay for all of it since last time it was cold as fuck and i left after the nirve team got eliminated but if the band is good this year i might stay.

thursday night i went out t dinner with alysha and her mom to dukes for happy hour. half price delicious hamburgers. yum. towards the end of our meal these ridiculous looking people came in and well we referred to them as table 1982 based on their hairstyles. afterwards we went to dominiques and hung out with her for a bit till her mom got home. we were supposed to help her with her homework but we ended up just talking and watching cops.

i slept in until noon today. i was surprised i didnt wake up to the noise of the gardeners. my breakfast consisted of banana bread and 2 banana popsicles. i am addicted to banana popsicles they are so good and i was like shit how bad are these for me and they are only 35 calories so im good if i have like 2 which is what i usually eat. lysh called me as ehr mom was ordering food from fiesta grill. shit sounded so good so i oncvinced my dad to get mexican food from el cilantro for lunch. afterwards we rented 3:10 to yuma and atonment. i might hang with lysh down in huntington tonight...depends on if she calls me sooo most likely i won't be

dominiques was fun. me her kyle melisa amy and johnny ate like all the cupcakes plus we called pizza hut to try their pasta and to get pizza. we got the chicken alfredo pasta and it was pretty good. we watched movies and we put on this one called deepwater which from the description sounded like it'd be scary but it wasnt and we all took a nap during it.

i still need to do my spanish project but that wont take me too long so i'm not going to my first class tomorrow and i'm just going to work on it then. i wish i could just not go but sadly i have to...im going to go read/fall asleep now

i got my haircut today i only needed like an inch off because my hair was in good condition

afterwards i bought john mayer tickets. sadly i could not afford the tickets i wanted because ticketmaster fees would have put it close to if not over $200 but w/e last time alex and i were farther back and we brought the binoculars that were my mom's real dad's from the navy and the work AMAZING. jul 27 can't come soon enough

the grand prix was cool. we got there and said hey to bryan 1 & 2 and mark who were working the booth and then went to watch one of the celebrity races. wilmer valderama was racing and drew lacey along with some other people. neither of them one but there was a really sweet blockage/getting in front thing before the last lap. after my dad and i went to shoreline village for lunch and ate at this mexican place called tequila jacks....or tequila joes...tequila jims...it was tequila and some dude name starting with a j. it was ok mexican food but it was the type of mexican place that CHARGED for chips and salsa. like wtf shit should just come to the table and price included into entrees. after lunch on our way back to the arena where the booth was we walked by the track to see what was going on. i guess frankie muniz was racing in that one. we got back to the booth and bryan #2 was gone and linda was there in his place. art his wife and his son were also there and we watched the skateboard and bmx thing my work was sponsoring. not too long after that we left and took the metro back home. some crazy asian dude was driving the train and like told us that we should teach ou kids what traffic signals mean and to teach them not to cross the street when i train is coming, then these fools were holding up the train and he got mad at them over the loud speaker and then when we were pulling into the willow st station he was like PLEASE GET YOUR CHILDREN BEHIND THE GATE SO I CAN PULL INTO THE STATION over the loud speaker. i dont think he was having a very good day.

i made cupcakes today and somewhat decorated them. i didnt feel like going all out in decorating them so i just did sprinkles and wrote names on some. i ran out of blue frosting but had some pink so there is one pink of out of 22 and that one is going to be dominiques. i wrote names on some too but melisa's looks lame because her name was too long. i took pictures of them i'll make a mega picture upload later.

i watched this weeks degrassi today and oh man way better than last weeks snooze fest of an episode.

well this weekend is pretty much. today is alex's birthday and i baked her a cake and decorated it all kickass. i'll post pictures later


tomorrow i am getting my haircut (bye bye split ends) then buying john mayer tickets for alex for her birthday. sadly i have like no money so we'll be in the backish but not lawn seats. then off to the long beach grand prix

sunday i am going to hang with amy dominique and most likely val and kyle. i am baking cupcakes for us. i need more cake mix and decorating icing.

today was alex's open house for the school she works out so my dad and i drove to orange to go to that. we were supposed to go to hb and pick up my mom on the way but in pure my mom fashion she was feeling too "sick" to go and by the time she called to tell us we had already left so we just continued on our way and got there way too early. to kill time we got snacks in the form of onion rings and fries from brger king and sat and ate them in the car and went in at like 5 or 10 after noon. we found alex's class room but she wasnt in there. we asked the main teacher where she was and said alex was still in the chapel for church service. she works at a lutheran school so i guess she was required to go and the other teacher had gone to an earlier one. at like 1220 she came in. i was looking at the toys for the kids and reconized the fisher price barn i had when i was younger. when the doors opened on it it'd go "moooooOOOOOO" alex didnt remember that we had it till after i mentioned.

afterwards we went to lunch at olive garden. tbh not my favorite place to eat seeing as pasta is not something i am fond of. i don't know why but i just don't like pasta unless its in kraft mac and cheese form. i ended up sharing a pizza with my dad and tbh it was just the right amount of food for lunch. afterwards we parted ways with alex and went to ikea to get a table for th microwave and printer. i saw the chair i want for when i get a desk in my room. my dad was all "thats not practical" since it's not a typical desk chair but seeing as i can use it to sit in when i wach tv in my room i think it will work just fine.

it is 86 degrees in my house right now......and my dad said the ac unit there used to be in the window wasn't needed.....i bet he is rethinking that statement and wishing we had it right now


i went to at&t today and got a new simchip. the guy said i qualified for an upgrade. i said that i used it in january when i bought my new phone and he looked stuff up on his computer and said that it still said i qualified for one so when i can save up enough money i'm just going to buy another pantech duo. maybe a blackberry. i dont know right now whichever one at that point is cheaper.

i also went to staples today for the extended warranty for my camera and they couldnt fix it and instead i got a new camera that was like the same price as my old one but a newer version and i bought another extended warranty since obviously that's a good deal for me since this is now my fourth camera in like....3 years

my first one i dropped and it died the second was just a shitty one from the factory and the flash did it's own thing and then my last one the button to go from camera mode to view pics mode broke off.

what sucks about my phone is my charger for it is at my moms house still since i didnt bring it to my dads but luckily i had my car charger with me so right now i'm charging it in my dad's car with that and if ti kills his battery i can just pull into the driveway and since he backed in. i forgot how long this damn thing took to charge though. my other one took like 2 hours and this one takes like 4

i just went and got it. it's at 66% good enough. it's cooler outside right now than it is in my house because my house retains heat for like ever...still 86 though

edit: i think the ghost of my uncle is chilling around at the house. for real like a month or so ago when my dad was out of town it was just alex and i in the house and she fell asleep before me with her door open and she woke up to go to the bathroom and it was closed so she just assumed i closed it but i did not. then when she woke up a second time it was closed again and her socks were off her feet and like under her pillow

then yesterday morning my dad came to wake me up and he was like your door is locked. i did not lock my door at all...i never lock my door. infact i couldnt have even locked it on accident because when i went to unlock it i went to turn it the wrong way so to lock it without knowing would have been counter intuitive. i dunno but seriously if my uncle was a ghost and chilling around i could totally see him doing shit like that to fuck with us since he did shit like that when he was alive

ANYWAYS still without a phone and it sucks major ass. saturday i'll got o at&t and get a new simcard to put into my old phone and i can finally have contact with people again. i'm going to have to get everyone's number again too which blows but not as much as the fact that i got rid of that phone because it didnt update call logs.

i'm going to try and talk my dad into letting me use his phone upgrade to buy myself another new phone because not knowing who i missed a call from would drive me nuts esp since no one but like my mom dad or sister leaves me a message and i usually delete those halfway through because they are so long and usually pointless or repetative.

i somehow this morning cut my finger on something and i have no idea what. i was in my bathroom about ready to brush my teeth and i was like sheesh why does my finger hurt so much. i look down and i see a cut on the side but like where it bends. PERFECT PLACE FOR A BAND-AID IF YOU ASK ME. and i can call it a band-aid not a bandage because it is actually band-aid brand.

i slept wrong on my back the other night and now the middle part of my upper back aches and no matter how i sit i can't get comfortable. it's gotten worse as today has progressed. im going to try sleeping tonight with the other pillow on my bed to see if that makes a difference and if not try no pillow and if that still doesnt work than i guess i can go to the dr. it'll be one of the few times i go in there for something other than an eye infection. tbh i think the only times i've gone in and it wasnt for an eye infection was before freshman year when i had to get a physical and then last summer for an ear infection. i should probably get the planters wart things on my foot checked out too if i go.

k wel im going to go lay down because thats the only time my back isnt bothering me
